Reclaim the ground
you already own.

Owner-operated forestry mulching for overgrown fields, fence rows, and creek banks — honeysuckle, autumn olive, and multiflora rose ground into mulch on-site. No piles, no burning, no hauling. Same machine also grades driveways and handles light excavation.

Our services

Common applications, one capable machine.

Mulching is the main event, but driveway grading and light excavation are usually a same-visit add-on, not a separate call.

Invasive Removal & Mulching

Honeysuckle, grapevine, autumn olive, and multiflora rose ground into nutrient-rich mulch on-site with a high-flow Fecon head — nothing hauled away, nothing burned.

Trail Creation & Reclamation

Cut and widen trails for walking, UTVs, and hunting. We open ground behind the house, along the creek, and through the back forty while keeping wildlife cover intact.

Field & Pasture Restoration

Push overgrown fields back to maintainable boundaries, open fence rows and property lines, and shape shooting lanes or food-plot edges — selectively, around the trees worth keeping.

How a job runs

From tangled to usable, same visit.

Walk the property

We look at what you want kept, what's choking it out, and where the boundary actually needs to land — then quote it on the spot.

Mulch it in place

The Kubota and Fecon head grind brush and invasives directly into mulch as we go — the material stays on your ground instead of leaving in a truck.

Hand back usable land

What grows back next season is grass and saplings, not a wall of thorns — and it's the shape you asked for.

About the operation

One operator, one machine, no subcontractors.

Barlow Land Services is owner-operated, serving landowners across central and mid-east Ohio who are done fighting honeysuckle and grapevine by hand. Every job — from a quarter-acre trail to a full fence row — runs through the same Kubota and high-flow Fecon mulching head, and the same person who quoted it.

That means the guy who walks your property is the guy on the machine, and the mulch that comes out of it stays put, feeding the soil instead of piling up for a burn.

When a property needs debris cleaned up, dirt moved, or a washed-out driveway put back in shape, that's usually the same visit — not a second contractor.

A phone call is the quickest way onto the schedule. Terrain matters more than raw acreage, so a few photos over text or email help us quote it right the first time.
